Does my plan renew automatically?

No. You pay once for 6 or 12 months. We email you before the plan ends so you can renew or change it.

What is the difference between 6 and 12 months?

The same plan, paid for a longer term at a lower monthly price.

How do I pay?

By card, through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. Signed-in company admins can change or update the plan from the app.

What happens when my plan ends?

You get reminders before it ends. After the end date you have 7 days to renew before the account is paused. A free trial is paused when it ends.

Can I add more users or competitors?

Each plan has its own limits. If you need more, move to a bigger plan or contact us.
